What is Shockoe™?
Shockoe™ is a simple yet powerful web-based time tracking and billing application for managing projects and billable time. Shockoe™ is designed to maximize efficiency, reduce the number of "lost" hours and improve the bottom line for smaller companies.
Who should use Shockoe™?
Shockoe™ is used by small business owners, creative professionals, freelancers and any service-based industry to easily keep track of billable time, send invoices, manage employees and keep a bird‘s-eye view of their projects‘ deliverables.
Why would I use a web-based application for timesheets?
With an online application, anyone can enter time, 24/7, wherever they are. Once time has been entered, it‘s immediately available to anyone else in the organization that needs it. Up-to-the-minute information including project progress is constantly available, so tracking time and job costs and accurate billing is easier and less time consuming.
What is your per-user price?
Our subscription cost for a single Shockoe™ user is $4.99 per month. FREE
A team subscription for 5-users is $19.95 per month FREE. The monthly fee for each
additional user is $3.99. There is no monthly fee
Who sets up the information (clients, projects, cost centers and tasks)?
Set up is so easy that anyone in your organization can do it. For Team all
subscriptions, every Shockoe™ user can use the FREE widget to easily track
time and manage multiple projects right from their dashboard. (OS X 10.4 + only)
What are the System Requirements?
For Shockoe™ to be fully functional, the following is required:

What kind of technical support can I expect?
Our support department checks and responds any request or topic entry added to our Support Forum. All the requests should be done at the support page and a member of ur team will be answering any question/request within the next 24-48h.
How long will it take to get a response to my inquiry?
Forum inquiries will be answered within 24-48 hours after they are received. Office hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Will my personal information be available to others?
No. We will not sell, trade or give your information to anyone else. Please see our Privacy Statement for more details.

Who owns the Data?
You own all your data. Shockoe.com, LLC provides secure, reliable access to your data and stores it for you, backing it up every 24 hours so it is always safe and current.
Does Shockoe.com, LLC look at or share my proprietary data?
No. Shockoe.com, LLC does not view, analyze, share or otherwise access the proprietary data entered by any of its customers.
No employee of Shockoe.com, LLC is able to access customer information without the customer™s express permission. Occasionally, a customer may allow access to proprietary information in order to resolve a support or technical difficulty. Customers are encouraged to change their passwords and usernames on a regular basis.
Shockoe.com, LLC uses secure servers located off site, to which only our technicians have access. The data storage facility has been designed to provide the highest level of security; protection against fire, flood and earthquake; and has full power backup. Please see our Security Policy and Practices for more specifics.
What if I decide I want Shockoe.com, LLC to destroy my information?
If you no longer wish Shockoe.com, LLC to store your information, your organization is deleted from our database. When the organization is deleted, all information associated with it is also eliminated. Within 24 hours, all data about your organization, as well as any entries you have made when using Shockoe™ no longer exists in our active database or our tape backups.
Where is my data stored?
To ensure that its services are available on a 24/7 basis, Shockoe.com, LLC
uses the latest servers and backup systems, hosted in a professional, secure
facility. This set-up has been designed from the start to be robust and highly
scalable to accommodate rapid growth in customer use without degradation of service.
It is modular in design and replacement hardware units are at hand whenever needed.
The data storage facility has been designed to provide the highest level of security;
protection against fire, flood and earthquake; and has full power backup. Please

How often is my data backed up?
Data is backed up in real-time in triplicate and a nightly 'existing state‘ backup is made and archived on and off site of the data facility.
